What to Expect at our Estate Sales
Our larger 2-day sales typically start on Friday, but sometimes they will start on Saturday.
We sell everything on a first come first serve basis starting at 8 AM on the first day.
If want to buy a large item with a tag on it, you don’t have to carry the item to the front. You can pull the tag and let any one of our estate sale helpers know. We will do our best to hold it until you pay for your items. If you need to leave and come back to pickup, we may require a deposit and will do our best to hold it for you.
Due to the nature of our business, we have a limited supply of all our items. we will make every effort to be fair to all interested parties and sell on a first-come first-served basis.
Pricing is available at the sale only. Feel free to inquire about the price of an individual item and we will try to respond. Unfortunately, we do not always have that information available until after the sale starts.
